Anyone in the world of work has to be able to work in a team, and also take the lead when necessary. Sixth-form students can begin developing their leadership skills at workshops organised by Central Berkshire Education Business Partnership, and sponsored by Oracle Corporation.
Trainer Chris Lever, from Teleios Consulting, leads the students in practical activities designed by the company for training high powered executives. The emphasis is on team working and taking on leadership roles within teams, by means of informal activities.
